Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand planning, supply chain analytics, forecasting or related fields.
• Ability to translate external market intelligence into credible forecast enrichments.
• Experience with cross-functional planning and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own channel-level demand inputs into the long-range consensus forecast in Kinaxis Maestro.
• Lead development and improvement of demand enrichment methodologies and governance.
• Provide guidance to planners and partners on interpretation of external demand signals.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on forecast assumptions and scenarios.
• Support S&OP and strategic planning with credible forecast inputs.
