Job summary

Murata is seeking a Customer Demand Analyst to analyze and manage customer demand for assigned accounts to support forecasting, supply alignment, and customer satisfaction. You will translate demand signals and ERP data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Supply Planning, and Finance to align demand with supply, prepare reports, and communicate trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience in demand planning or supply chain or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of forecasting principles and ERP system usage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand trends using historical data, forecasts, backlog, and indicators.
• Support development and maintenance of customer forecasts at product, program, and account levels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of deviations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to understand customer strategies and program milestones affecting demand.
• Prepare and present demand reports and dashboards.
