Qualifications

7+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or related analytics experience.
Experience translating external signals into forecast enrichments.
Proficiency with Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning systems.
Ability to influence cross-functional planning decisions.

Responsibilities

Identify external demand signals and enrich the baseline forecast for the assigned channel.
Lead long-range consensus forecasting and align cross-functional inputs in Kinaxis Maestro.
Monitor short-term demand, refine forecasts, and trigger off-cycle updates when needed.
Drive forecast accuracy improvements and governance of enrichment methodologies.
Mentor planners and analysts, coordinating S&OP planning activities.
