Qualifications

• Four-year degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field required.
• 3+ years of demand planning experience in manufacturing, packaging preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify forecast variances and drive corrective actions.
• Proficiency with forecasting tools, ERP, and advanced Excel for analysis.
• Strong executive presence to present data to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct forecasting and rolling 24-month demand outlook for the Americas.
• Collaborate with capacity planning to align plants/assets with demand.
• Analyze forecast variances and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and support S&OP processes and leadership packages.
• Connect demand metrics to business results (EBITDA, inventory, OTIF).
• Participate in monthly demand plan consensus meetings.
