IHDA is seeking a detail-oriented Debt and Liability Management Analyst I to support debt obligations, reporting, and regulatory compliance within our Finance team. The role emphasizes financial analysis, data analytics, and technical expertise using SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

The ideal candidate will develop financial models, analyze cash flows, and collaborate with advisors, trustees, and internal teams to drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3+ years in finance or related areas.
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and controls.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills with data validation and reporting ability.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Analyze debt obligations, cash flows, risks, and financing costs to support decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models for debt structures and scenarios.
• Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Assist with bond issuances and debt management activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate internal and external financial reports.
• Monitor regulatory and contractual compliance and financial risk.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial operations.
