Job summary

NextDeavor is seeking a Deal Analyst to support deal and sales operations, ensuring accurate pricing, clean order forms, and efficient processes. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams, provide analytical support, and help maintain dashboards and processes.

This is a Hybrid role (onsite in Chicago or Atlanta) on a 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. The role requires knowledge of pricing models, strong analytical skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experience.
• Understanding of software pricing models; SaaS pricing and licensing knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client-facing proposals
• Knowledge of SFDC preferred (other CRMs acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Assist Deal Operations with quoting and generating Order Forms
• Ensure accurate pricing and clean Order Forms for deals
• Maintain and update operational dashboards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support deal strategy and operational efficiency
• Support Sales organization with deal process and documentation
