Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, accounting, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Mathematically competent with strong accounting sense.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience with database systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal departments and senior management.
• Review deal proposals to determine action and approvals.
• Understand and execute F&I distribution schedules for stakeholders.
• Ensure agreements align with distributions and coordinate customization.
• Review agreements and complete follow-up tasks for correct setup.
• Initiate accounting distribution processes across teams.
• Analyze large data sets for accuracy and prepare rate cards.
• Collaborate to keep processes up to date and compliant.
