Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager, OT in the Washington, DC area. The role acts as Deputy Program Manager and Strategy/Policy Workstream Lead, guiding program operations, policy development, and executive advisory support for DoD OT/CS cybersecurity initiatives.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with an active SECRET clearance and experience with DoD governance, budgets, and cross-agency coordination. This is a hybrid position based in the DC area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading federal or DoD programs with schedule, risk, and deliverables oversight.
• 8+ years in DoD HQ environments (Air Staff, SAF, OSD, or Joint Staff).
• 8+ years coordinating policy memoranda, strategic plans, charters, and ops concepts.
• 8+ years advising senior military officers or SES leadership with executive briefs.
• 5+ years leading governance boards, steering committees, or cross-functional groups.
• 5+ years supporting federal or DoD cybersecurity policy, RMF, or critical infrastructure protection.
• 5+ years managing program budgets, funding, and subcontractor oversight.
• 5+ years leading contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, deliverables, schedules, risks, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, memoranda, charters, and ops concepts.
• Coordinate with DoD leadership, government stakeholders, and partners to align cybersecurity initiatives with priorities.
• Organize governance meetings, steering committees, and working groups; prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, action items.
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior executives; develop briefs, talking points, and status reports.
• Monitor funding, resource allocation, contract performance, and budget execution.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee contractor personnel; support staffing and workforce planning.
• Ensure continuity and timely execution of all workstreams and deliverables.
