Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator to help develop and maintain robust cybersecurity training processes for a prestigious client. This hybrid role requires travel to the DC area three times per week and entails monitoring training completion, shaping awareness materials, and managing communications programs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of IT security experience, plus strong writing, presentation, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years IT security experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of design and content management for internal communications
• Ability to coordinate with teammates across different units
• Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understand core concepts of information security and cyber risk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and collaborative work style
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report training completion status for annual IT security training
• Provide guidance on IT security training materials
• Design and create outreach materials; measure campaign effectiveness
• Update Cybersecurity Communications Plan to reach target audiences
• Maintain Cybersecurity Web Portal for client users
• Plan and participate in cybersecurity awareness events for client staff
