Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator to help design and sustain an effective security program for our client. The role is hybrid with DC-area commuting three days per week, focusing on training monitoring, content management, and outreach through our Cybersecurity Communications Plan.

Strong written and verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years IT security experience.
Two years in design and content management for internal communications.
Coordinate with teammates across business units and functions.
Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
Understand core concepts of information security and cyber risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong customer service orientation and collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and report training completion for annual IT security training.
Provide expertise, guidance, and recommendations on IT security training materials.
Assist with design and creation of outreach materials and measure marketing campaigns.
Work with communications team to update the Cybersecurity Communications Plan.
Update and maintain the Cybersecurity Web Portal (intranet).
Assist with cybersecurity awareness events for client staff.
