Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Datacom network design and architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco and/or Ciena CLI device configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of provisioning elements and TFTP/TOD files.
• Knowledge of ONT and OLT PON infrastructures.
• Knowledge of CWDM/DWDM deployment infrastructures.
• Experience with routing protocols and IP/MPLS networking.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to enhance the customer service and experience.
• Coordinate fiber operations and hardware changes for headend and NID.
• Liaise with Network Engineers and NOC to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide engineering direction for new or existing technologies.
• Support tools and systems like Viavi Fusion, OcularIP, ServiceNow.
• Manage priorities and advance long-term projects.
• Grow scripting and automation initiatives (ZTP).
• Evaluate fiber solutions with senior management.
