Job summary

Breezeline, a dynamic broadband operator, is seeking an experienced networking engineer to design and activate commercial customer services across fiber and PON environments. You will implement standards, support field deployments, and ensure stable product delivery aligned with company guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Network Engineers, Architects, NOC, and Tech Support to deliver end-to-end customer solutions, with a focus on reliability and scalable services in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Datacom network design and architecture.
• Experience with service activation testing protocols such as Y.1564, RFC 2544, 802.1ag.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Datacom network design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and experience improvements across networks.
• Coordinate fiber operations and hardware changes with field staff.
• Collaborate with NOC, engineering, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide engineering direction for new or existing technologies and initiatives.
• Support tools and systems like Viavi Fusion, OcularIP, ServiceNow.
• Manage priorities to meet daily objectives and long-term projects.
