Prestige Staffing seeks an experienced Team Lead to guide data warehousing and decision support. You will oversee pipelines, model design, and modernization efforts, leading a high-performing team across SQL Server, Fabric, and cloud architectures.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with product partners to deliver scalable data solutions and AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, Python, Fabric, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Lakehouse, and AI integration.
• Strong leadership, including team management and strategic planning.
• Hands-on data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data warehouse operations, ensuring pipeline reliability and incident resolution.
• Set technical direction for data model development and architecture.
• Manage and mentor technical team members, including performance reviews and resource allocation.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and AI automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs.
• Review and approve pipeline and data model changes, providing technical expertise.
• Support data estate modernization and AI feature development.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost management policies.
• Participate in recruiting efforts and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
