Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, Python, Fabric, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Strong leadership, including team management and strategic planning.
• Hands-on data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data warehouse operations, ensuring pipeline reliability and incident resolution.

Team Lead – Data Warehouse & Decision Support

Pay: $208,500 base + up to $25,000 incentives (Total Compensation: $233,500)

Location: Uptown Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days in office)

Summary

Seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee and enhance the data warehousing and decision support functions. This role requires a strong technical background in SQL, Python, Fabric, and cloud data architectures, coupled with leadership skills to guide a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of data pipelines, designing scalable data models, and driving modernization efforts utilizing AI tools and lakehouse architectures.

Requirements
