Job summary

RTX is hiring for a data quality and governance role in the US (Texas). You will collaborate with the Data Quality & Governance organization to profile data, improve quality, and document data flows across ERP/CRM systems.

The position requires strong SQL and Python skills and experience with IDQ, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI for dashboards. The role is hybrid with opportunities to lead data quality initiatives and interact with multiple stakeholders across RTX business units.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship or authorization is required for access to program information.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data flows and core business processes.
• Experience with IDQ, Snowflake, SQL, and Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Quality & Governance teams and business units.
• Profile data across platforms and sources to assess quality.
• Develop data cleansing routines aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and maintain dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate quality metrics.
• Document data flows, rules, and definitions across ERP/CRM systems.
• Lead or co-lead data quality initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
