Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Data Quality and Solutions Lead Developer for a hybrid role at a major facility. You will collaborate with Data Quality & Governance teams to perform analysis across platforms, profile data, and improve data quality using IDQ, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.

Strong communication with end users and technical staff is essential as you develop dashboards to drive accountability across ERP/CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis across multiple platforms and data sources.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI).
Drive data quality efforts end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and operationalization.
Document data flows, business rules, and data definitions across ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Lead or co-lead data quality initiatives while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
