Job summary

RTX is seeking a data engineer/analyst to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, models and curated datasets supporting analytics and reporting. You will integrate data from diverse sources and deliver visualization and analytical solutions for decision making.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with extensive IT Infrastructure/Analytics experience.
• Experience with data engineering, analytics, BI, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Knowledge of data governance, warehousing, modeling, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to own technical projects with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, models, and curated datasets.
• Integrate and validate data from diverse sources and enable analytics.
• Develop visualization, reporting, and analytical solutions for decision support.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across datasets.
• Lead projects using agile practices and mentor PSD Data team members.
• Create technical and business documentation and collaborate with IT and operations.
