Job summary

Honeywell in Altomonte Springs, FL is seeking a Data Processing Coordinator to ensure accurate order processing and purchasing data, working in a hybrid schedule from our Altomonte Springs location. You will support utility program operations by maintaining information across systems and performing data entry, reconciliation, and documentation updates.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will analyze data, produce quality reports, coordinate with field supervisors and utility clients, and

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data entry, data processing, records coordination, project administration, or a related function.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with utility clients, field supervisors, and project management teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain clear, accessible records.

Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile data across internal and external systems; investigate variances and drive resolution.
Develop and distribute data-quality, discrepancy, status, and ad hoc reports translating operational data into insights for teams and clients.
Evaluate data completeness, consistency, and workflow performance; communicate risks and trends; recommend improvements to efficiency and data quality.
Coordinate with field supervisors and utility clients to obtain complete documentation, maintain auditable records, and perform data entry and record updates.
