Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to identify the cause of discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Experience with data entry, data processing, records coordination, project administration, or related functions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing, filtering, comparing, and validating data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with utility clients, field supervisors, and project management teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clear, accessible records.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile data across internal and external systems, investigate variances, identify root causes, and drive discrepancies to timely resolution.
• Develop and distribute data-quality, discrepancy, status, and ad hoc reports that translate operational data into clear insights for project teams, utility clients, and decision-makers.
• Evaluate data completeness, consistency, and workflow performance; communicate risks and trends; and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and utility clients to obtain complete documentation, maintain auditable records, and perform accurate data entry and record updates as needed.
