Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Data Processing Coordinator (Finance) to ensure accurate order processing, purchasing activities, and adherence to procedures. You will report to the Program Manager and work at Altomonte Springs, FL on a Hybrid schedule.

You will support operations by maintaining accurate information, performing data reconciliation, coordinating documentation, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with data entry, processing, records coordination, or project administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: organizing, filtering, validating data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Strong organizational skills and clear record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile data across systems, investigate variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and share data-quality, discrepancy, status, and ad hoc reports for teams.
• Evaluate data completeness and workflow performance; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and clients to obtain documentation and update records.
