Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to oversee program and process administration to enhance data quality and drive strategic objectives. You will report to the Senior Director of IT and operate from Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule, with 90 days onsite to start.

Your role includes data analysis, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational performance. You will lead data-driven initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Governance/Management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise analytics.
• Experience in managing data quality rules, controls, and metrics.
• Proficiency in program and process management tools and methodologies with compliance.
• 2+ years of Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Experience with SAP, SFDC or equivalent systems.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program and process administration and control activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for program and process management.
• Provide leadership to the PP&C team and stakeholder relationships.
