Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Data Analysis - US Card to lead data-driven initiatives, build scalable data solutions, and guide analytic strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will oversee modeling, data mining, and reporting improvements across vast databases, helping optimize product offerings and marketing efforts. Hybrid work requires three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional data analysis experience
• At least 4 years of programming experience
• Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and using models to test and validate data
• Mine data to arrive at crucial information for the organization
• Identify and implement data, process, and reporting improvements
• Work with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records
• Improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness
• Conduct analyses to evaluate processes and tests
• Extract data to gauge product offerings
• Consult on design/implementation of new production and data storage systems
• Develop and implement strategic tests of products, initiatives and marketing materials
