ING Americas is seeking a Data Management & Analytics Professional to connect governance with practical delivery. You will ensure data deliveries, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities are compliant by design, while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and automate recurring activities.

You will work at the intersection of business, data, technology, risk, and regulatory requirements to deliver trusted data outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, controls, and auditability across the data lifecycle.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business and control requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience delivering regulatory-driven data programs in financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end compliant data delivery by embedding governance, quality, lineage, protection, reporting, and controls into data solutions.
• Assist in adopting ING’s data platforms and tools (e.g., VISTA, Collibra, SODA) for governance and analytics.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends, control gaps, data-quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
