Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join the Inventory Integrity team in the U.S. The role ensures inventory accuracy, SOX controls, and process integrity across operations and partners, partnering with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive data-driven improvements.

You will contribute to ERP transitions, manage cycle-count programs, and deliver actionable insights that support reliable fulfillment for fans across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory analysis or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Experience with cycle-count programs and ERP/WMS.
• Familiarity with BI platforms such as MicroStrategy and AI-enabled tools.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% to support audits and rollouts.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain, business, accounting or related field; APICS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions and proper financial reporting.
• Develop end-to-end process expertise and publish SOPs, controls, and training materials.
• Lead cycle-counts and reconciliation across third-party partners and internal facilities.
• Contribute to ERP transitions and inventory-management system enhancements.
• Provide actionable insights to improve inventory accuracy and fulfillment.
