Job summary

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) seeks a Program Data & Implementation Specialist to manage program-level data, reporting, and implementation support for the HFW portfolio. This role liaises with county partners to administer systems and ensure contractual deliverables.

The incumbent coordinates workflows, analyzes data, administers LMS reporting, and supports implementation activities to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license and driving record per policy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex educational or workforce development projects with minimal supervision.
• Advanced experience with data systems, reporting workflows, and data quality assurance.
• Experience with LMS platforms including reporting, user support, and system administration.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, and evaluation processes.
• Ability to interpret state and federal contract requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills with spreadsheets and data visualization.
