Job summary

RedCircle in Los Angeles or Boston is seeking an Analyst to work across finance, product, and growth to ensure data, systems, and processes support growth. You’ll be a full-stack data analyst handling data analysis, visualization, modeling in dbt, and ETL pipelines.

You’ll collaborate with CEO and CRO, build dashboards, and contribute to funnel evaluation, forecasting, revenue reporting, product analytics, and marketplace analysis. Hybrid role with 3–4 days on-site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role with deep skill in data analytics (ETL pipelines, dbt data modeling, BI) and exposure to the full data stack: SQL, dbt, Python, data warehouses.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with growth or product teams to address core needs and equip nontechnical teammates with data tools.
• Self-starter who is excited to learn and test new skills including AI to improve data availability and usefulness across the team.
• Willingness to own projects end-to-end as part of a small team and work 3–4 days per week in-person at the LA or Boston RedCircle office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full-stack data analyst, covering data analysis, visualization, data modeling in dbt, and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and finance to conduct analyses that drive growth and product decisions; examples include funnel evaluation, forecasts, revenue reporting, product analytics, and marketplace analysis.
• Update and improve data pipelines and models to ensure accurate information is available to teammates and connected tools.
• Work with CEO and CRO to turn data into actionable insights and tools for business growth.
