Job summary

FOH® Worldwide is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to maintain strong partnerships with sales managers and partners. You will process orders, address inquiries, and oversee account administration within SAP Business One.

You will serve as the primary internal contact for Field Sales Managers and assigned accounts, handling high volumes of emails and ensuring accurate order progression from receipt to shipment while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office environment, or hospitality.
• Very strong email communication with customers desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiar with ERP systems like SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage the order lifecycle in SAP Business One.
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, and account setup.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely fulfillment.
