UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research is seeking a Student Assistant III to support the EdEC Center with data management, entry, and cleanup for the NSF NCAR alumni database rollout. You will work in a hybrid environment, at least one day per week in the office, under minimal supervision while solving data-centric challenges.

The role focuses on organizing datasets, validating results, and coordinating with labs to ensure data integrity and future migrations.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled (or intend to enroll) for credit in an accredited school, college, or trade program.
• Experience with database-related tasks is expected.
• Proficiency in data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design and organization of databases and data structures.
• Perform data entry, cleaning, and validation of results.
• Analyze data sets with calculations and algorithms.
• Aid rollout of the NSF NCAR alumni database project.
• Coordinate data templates and quarterly integrity reviews.
