UCAR's Education, Engagement, and Early Career Development (EdEC) Center seeks a Student Assistant III to support data management, entry, and cleaning for the NSF NCAR alumni database project. The role involves assisting with database design, organization, and maintenance under minimal supervision and a hybrid work environment with at least one in-office day per week.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled (or intend to enroll) for credit in an accredited school or program.
• Assist with database design, organization, and maintenance.
• Perform data entry, data cleaning, and validation of results.
• Coordinate with NSF NCAR labs and maintain data pipelines and templates.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design and organization of databases and data structures.
• Perform data entry, cleaning, and validation of program results.
• Develop algorithms to analyze datasets and support migration to new schemas.
• Organize datasets to ensure a clean data foundation for future migration into Salesforce CRM.
• Assist with coordinating submission timelines and resolving data-entry questions across labs.
