Job summary

Eaton's Global Distributed IT organization in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Technical Project Engineer - Data Center Solutions to join our Modular Integrated Solutions team. This hybrid role requires coordinating with customers, sales teams, project managers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to deliver large-scale data center projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least five (5) years of experience in engineering, project management, sales, marketing or product support.
Ability to travel up to 35%.
No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL are preferred; US work eligibility required.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead customer discussions to understand requirements and communicate Eaton solutions.
Coordinate internal responses and follow-up; deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, PM, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and operations.
