Eaton's Global Distributed IT organization in Woodridge, IL seeks a Technical Project Engineer - Data Center Solutions to join our Modular Integrated Solutions team in a hybrid role. You will translate customer requirements into deliverables and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure project success.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, technical leadership, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and sales to deliver large-scale data center infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering, project management, sales, marketing or product support.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL will be considered.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer discussions to understand requirements and communicate Eaton solutions.
• Facilitate customer meetings, document requirements, track open items, and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal responses to customer questions and communicate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
