Eaton's Global Distributed IT organization in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Technical Project Engineer - Data Center Solutions to join our Modular Integrated Solutions team.

This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) serves as a key applications’ technical liaison between customers, sales teams, project managers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to ensure successful execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in engineering, project management, sales, marketing or product support.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship or future immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer discussions to understand requirements and communicate Eaton solutions.
• Coordinate internal responses and track open items.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, schedules, dependencies and risks to ensure commitments are met.
