Job summary

Swift seeks an experienced Network Architect to own and advance our Datacenter Network Infrastructure in a hybrid work model in the United States. You will lead design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco ACI-based environments, and collaborate with security, architecture, and operations teams to ensure reliability and performance.

The role requires hands-on expertise with ACI, NX-OS/IP networking, and automation via Terraform/Ansible/REST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of solid work experience with 5+ years of Cisco ACI, Tetration, NDO & NDI (or Orchestrator), APIC.
• Strong expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, APIC operations, and policy-based networking and Nexus 9000 Series.
• Experience designing ACI objects, L3Out, contracts, and service graphs.
• Familiarity with firewall techs (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint).
• Knowledge of CISCO IOS-XE, ACI-OS and NX-OS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, configure, upgrade and maintain Datacenter Network Infrastructure.
• Deploy Network Infrastructure and lifecycle management per change processes.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers following DevOps/Agile principles.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Operate Swift Datacenter Network solutions with the team.
• Conduct network deployments and updates of network devices.
• Manage carrier infrastructure maintenance and escalate critical issues.
• Interact with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Automate and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Perform network device installations and provide connectivity.
• Opportunity to grow in a true DevOps environment.
• Work a hybrid schedule: minimum 2 days onsite, up to 3 days remote weekly.
