Job summary
Swift is seeking a senior network engineer to join its Virginia-based team. You will develop, test, configure, upgrade and maintain the Swift Datacenter Network Infrastructure in line with requirements and change processes.
You will deploy lifecycle management, collaborate with customers and teams, and document configurations while supporting on-site and remote operations in a DevOps environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of network engineering experience.
- 5+ years in Cisco ACI, Tetration, NDO & NDI (or Orchestrator), APIC
- Strong expertise in Cisco ACI and Nexus 9000 Series
- Experience with hybrid or cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong automation and scripting using Terraform, Ansible, REST APIs and CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, configure, upgrade and maintain Datacenter Network Infrastructure.
- Deploy Network Infrastructure and Life Cycle management per change processes.
- Collaborate with internal/external customers following DevOps/Agile practices.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Operate network deployments and upgrades.
- Investigate Swift Datacenter Network issues and implement corrective actions.
