Springwell is seeking a Data and Billing Specialist to join the Finance Team. The role supports the billing department and program data management, with high-volume data entry, vendor bill processing, and consumer billing tasks. A hybrid schedule with some remote work is available.

The compensation for this role is $50,000, with generous benefits and opportunities for flexible work arrangements after 6 months.

Formación

• Associates Degree or 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in human services or business sector preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay flexible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support others.
• Independent work and teamwork capability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-volume data entry and process third-party vendor bills.
• Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Assist consumer billing tasks and posting payments received.
• Resolve consumer billing inquiries and issues.
