The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in billing or accounts receivable, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced setting. Hybrid flexibility after onboarding is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience within billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support functions.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review client invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution
• Research and respond to billing questions from both internal teams and external clients
• Post incoming payments, reconcile account activity, and assist with daily cash receipt processing
• Maintain and update customer billing records, account setups, and invoicing preferences
• Process account adjustments including credits, write-downs, and billing modifications
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support ongoing billing operations
• Assist with maintaining organized financial records and supporting departmental reporting needs
• Participate in additional finance and administrative projects as assigned
