The position involves building and improving enterprise dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality, and guiding projects from conception to delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience in data & analytics.
• Experience in insurance, data transformation or platform delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex value-based analytics solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Designs and implements enterprise data integration and analytics strategies.
• Oversees dashboards, reports and data platforms to meet business needs.
• May manage up to 2 direct reports and mentor team members.
