Job summary

Farmers is seeking a data analytics engineer to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready datasets in partnership with Customer Experience data analysts. You’ll own end-to-end data workflows, including ingestion, modeling, and validation, with limited guidance from data leadership.

Hybrid work is available with at least three days in office and up to two days virtual for those within 50 miles; applicants beyond 50 miles may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of related work experience required.
• Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, pipelines, and BI visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop logical/physical data models (star/snowflake schemas).
• Transform data into analytics-ready datasets and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with analysts/scientists and business stakeholders.
• Implement data governance and security practices.
