Job summary

Farmers is seeking a data and analytics professional who will partner with business teams to design and implement complex analytics‑centric systems and value‑added solutions that drive business outcomes. Projects are complex and you may work independently or with minimal guidance, influencing data and analytic strategy and the development of data products.

You will oversee data from multiple sources, manage data quality, and help expand reporting, dashboards and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of related work experience required.
• Experience in the insurance Property & Casualty industry strongly preferred; specific experience in Business Insurance is a plus.
• Experience with large scale data transformations and/or platform delivery as a product owner or business owner is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex data and analytics-centric systems and solutions.
• Reviews and approves low to moderate complexity initiatives related to data and analytic efforts.
• Oversees the ongoing support, maintenance and modification of existing moderately complex data products or solutions.
• Mentors and guides up to two direct reports and promotes a high-performance culture.

Education
