Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, or other data analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze operational datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support development and optimization of Power BI dashboards, data dictionaries, and performance reporting tools.
• Analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in quality audits of operations to ensure compliance and improve processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and transportation professionals to evaluate performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
