Qualifications

• Five or more years of analytics, evaluation, business intelligence, or population health analysis experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of population health, health equity, and program evaluation methodologies.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance measures to support decision-making.
• Analyze utilization, referral patterns, partner adoption, network performance, and other metrics.
• Produce recurring reports for leadership, funders, governance bodies, and stakeholders.
• Translate datasets into insights, visualizations, and recommendations.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks and measures.
• Strengthen data-informed decision-making across organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Education

Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Health Services Research, or a related discipline
