The role requires 8+ years in healthcare analytics, expertise with EPIC/data systems, and strong SQL/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a health/data field.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare analytics or data leadership experience.
• Experience integrating EHR, claims, financial, and admin data (EPIC preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms like Tableau/Power BI/R/Python.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical and financial data strategy.
• Lead data integration across EPIC, ERP, and other systems.
• Design advanced analyses of clinical, financial, and demographic data.
• Lead executive dashboards and decision-support reporting.
• Mentor a team of data analysts and visualization specialists.
