Healthy Alliance in New York region seeks a Population Health Analytics & Performance Monitoring analyst to transform clinical, social, and operational data into actionable insights supporting population health initiatives.

You will build dashboards and reports, monitor HRSN and contract performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve data capture and reporting workflows. This role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration, and impact on community health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, data analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong data quality and ability to translate findings for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, social, operational data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor performance of HRSN services and contracts.
• Support community health programs with reporting and care coordination data.
• Translate questions into reporting requirements and outputs.
