Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III for a Fintech client in Mountain View, CA. This hybrid role offers 3 days onsite and a 12-month contract with potential extension.

The position pays $58-$62 per hour on W2 DOE and requires strong SQL, data visualization, and storytelling skills. You will build and maintain dashboards, optimize data sources, design A/B tests, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders, collaborating with sales, operations, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to deliver business insights.
• Proactively improve data sources and build pipelines or perform ETL when needed.
• Gather, clean, consolidate, and productionalize large datasets to support dashboards and analytics.
• Design and analyze A/B tests using test-and-control methodologies and measure impact.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as necessary.
