Job summary

Work4ce Inc is seeking a senior data analytics professional to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps. You will build data workflows with Alteryx/KNIME, analyze customer behavior and KPIs to inform operations and strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams, prepare data for predictive modelling, and ensure data quality and governance across analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in data science, information systems, business analytics, or CS.
• 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, and testing tools.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau/PowerApps and data analytics tools such as Alteryx or KNIME.
• Cloud experience on AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Proficient in complex SQL and Excel; strong data security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps.
• Create data workflows and automation with Alteryx/KNIME.
• Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams.
• Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats
• Conduct data profiling and recommend quality rules to improve trust.
• Champion best practices in data analytics and governance, document processes.
