Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

The ideal candidate will excel in dashboard development, data modeling, and translating KPI requirements into interactive dashboards for governance and high performance. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• 5+ years of Power BI dashboard development (12+ years for Senior roles).
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Dashboard Development, SQL, Reporting Layer Data Aggregation, KPI translation, BI Data Modeling, and Dashboard Performance Optimization.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Translate business requirements and KPI definitions into dashboards.
• Develop reporting layer data models and optimize semantic models for enterprise reporting.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate data from Azure, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and user guides.
