nextSource seeks a Contract Project Engineer in Dallas, TX for a 1-year engagement with potential for extension or conversion. This hybrid role (3 days in office) combines project management with hands-on engineering to support packaging development from concept through market launch.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in engineering, packaging, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track development costs.
• Review technical drawings and dyelines for design intent and feasibility.
• Perform packaging testing, document results, and support launch readiness.
• Ensure deliverables and approvals are completed on time for market launch.
