- $38/hr | 40 hours/week
Role Overview
- Support packaging development and commercialization projects from concept through market launch
- Blend project management, engineering support, testing, and cross-functional coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, costs, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global partners
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and packaging designs
- Support packaging development, material selection, and compatibility evaluations
- Coordinate packaging testing, validation, and reporting
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolutions
- Partner with Marketing and teams to ensure successful product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of engineering, packaging, or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Required Skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Preferred
- Packaging or consumer products experience
- Experience working with global teams

- Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite in Dallas)
- Hands-on role with project coordination and testing/lab activities
