nextSource is seeking a Contract Project Engineer - Packaging in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). You will support packaging development from concept through market launch, blending project management, engineering support, testing, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate has a Packaging/Engineering background with 2–5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate global teams, suppliers, and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of engineering, packaging, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, costs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global partners.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and packaging designs.
• Support packaging development, material selection, and compatibility evaluations.
• Coordinate packaging testing, validation, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolutions.
• Partner with Marketing and teams to ensure successful product launches.
