Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks a technically strong Cybersecurity Manager to join the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice. This is a hands-on role focusing on cloud security architecture, security engineering, risk and compliance frameworks, and threat modeling.

The position is hybrid (60% on-site/client, 40% remote) with local travel in Los Angeles and Orange County. You will lead engagements, perform threat modeling, design secure cloud architectures, and drive security transformation programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or related consulting experience with hands-on Cybersecurity engineering and advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments.
• Design and implement cloud security architectures and controls.
• Perform threat modeling, security engineering, and proactive defense strategies.
• Advise on PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, and GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions.
